I was really amazed at the time I heard that my M-i-L (age 67 years) was taking classes to learn how to send and receive email, as all her kids were abroad and she wanted to stay in touch. She one day called up my co-brother(a techie) and asked him to keep his computer on, as an email that she had sent to him could not be delivered. (She thought it was because his computer was switched off.
